Here is Luck Aiyedatiwa full Biography, Born on January 12, 1965, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa is a Nigerian politician and businessman who has led Ondo State as its governor since 2023. Before that, he worked for Governor Rotimi Akeredolu as deputy governor of Ondo State from 2021 to 2023. He was a Niger Delta Development Commission commissioner in the past.

Aiyedatiwa took over as interim governor on December 12, 2023, when Governor Rotimi Akeredolu took a medical leave of absence. Previously, while Akeredolu was on medical leave from June–September 2023, he held the position of acting governor.

Aiyedatiwa was born on January 12, 1965, in Obe-Nla, an oil-producing village in Ondo State’s Ilaje Local Government Area.

Background life of Lucky Aiyedatiwa

Between 1970 and 1976, Lucky received his primary education at Saint Peter’s UNA (now FAC) Primary School, Obe Nla/Obe Adun in Ilaje LGA, Ondo State. In 1982, he completed his secondary studies at Ikosi High School in Ketu, Lagos.

He graduated from Lagos State College of Education (now Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education), Ijanikin, Lagos, in 1986 with a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Economics and Government.

In 2001, he enrolled at University of Ibadan to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration. 2009 saw him graduate from Pan Atlantic University in Lekki, Lagos’ Lagos Business School with a Post Graduate Certificate in Chief Executive Education (CEP) in Business Management. He graduated from University in 2013 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Career

Career From 1982 to 1983, he was employed at Scoa Assembly Plant Plc. in Apapa, Lagos, as an inventory/store officer. He worked at Reliance International Schools in Ijokodo, Ibadan, as an assistant head teacher in 1987. In 1990, he was appointed as the Marketing Officer at Universal Pharmaceutical Supply Co. Ltd., located in Ikeja, Lagos. He worked as an assistant investment analyst in 1992. He served as General Merchandise Manager of Biz Mart Nigeria Limited, Lagos Island, Lagos, and Global Trust Limited, Gbagada, Lagos, in 1994.

He is the managing director and chief executive officer of the Blue Wall Group of Companies[6], which he founded in 1996. The companies are Blue Wall Nigeria Ltd, a trading company, Blue Wall BDC Nigeria Ltd, a foreign exchange trading company licenced by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and Blue Wall Safety Travels and Tours, an IATA-licensed travel agency.
